Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

  • My Culture

I am a Kurdish-American woman. I am inspired by my mother, father, grandmothers, grandfathers, sisters, brothers, aunties, uncles, and cousins.

My practice is inspired by family and the traditional symbolism of Deq in Kurdistan, they are symbols that tell stories of identity, strength, and transformation.

Just like deq, I see both postpartum care and photography as ways of marking and remembering the profound transitions as we traverse through life.

  • Photography Model

My passion is recording the authenticity and happiness of life through lifestyle photography. I want to evoke feelings. I want to capture the love; romanticism present in the mundane moments, as well as the grand. I’ve always adored and cherished looking back at my family’s home videos and photos. Familial media never fails to bring loved ones to cry, laugh, or reminisce on a time that once was. With my work, you will bear those future experiences.

I’m honored to witness, support, and celebrate your moment.

  • Doula Model

I am a certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula. I aim to equip parents with the necessary skills to feel confident and empowered in their fourth trimester. I empower women and people in postpartum to honor their bodies and enjoy postpartum with confidence. I provide new parents with the space to learn and listen to their intuition about how to care for their newborn, aiding in a comfortable transition home. I am honored to be welcomed into families’ homes to provide support and give expertise during such a special time of transition.

My focus includes but is not limited to breastfeeding and bottle feeding support, feeding techniques, swaddling, establishing safe sleep routines, and postpartum care for the whole family.
